All Biohort steel plates are made of hot-dip galvanized steel and have a zinc layer of 150 g/m2 to 275 g/m2. At Biohort, all side walls and roof panels inside and outside are provided with a polyamide fire coating of at least 10 to a maximum of 25 µm. Biohort exclusively uses high-quality steel from VOEST-ALPINE Stahl AG in Linz, Austria. VOEST ALPINE Stahl AG is known as a supplier of high-quality steel. Many car manufacturers such as the German BMW, Audi and Mercedes rely entirely on the excellent steel quality of VOEST ALPINE for the bodywork of their cars. That is why Biohort gives a 20-year warranty on their items.
Safety:
All Biohort storage facilities achieved the highest number of points (12 out of 12) on the Beaufort scale and held up to a wind speed of 150 km/h. This means that our customers do not have to worry about their anchored Biohort storage shed even in the event of a hurricane. Compared to cheap suppliers, biohort offers double the steel thickness. This steel thickness guarantees high stability (snow carrying capacity up to 150 kg/m⊃2;, CasaNova 215 kg/m⊃2;). The profiles and stainless steel screws also provide extra stability. The screws are made of stainless steel. The hot-dipped galvanized, polyamide-painted steel plates are "fire-safe": EN 13501-1 (Class "A1").
