5-Year Warranty
All 4 Seasons Outdoor products come with a 5-year warranty, with the exception of protective covers and maintenance products.
Aluminum
Aluminum is very easy to maintain and lightweight, just like our wicker. This practical furniture is easy to clean. Our aluminum, with its sturdy powder coating, is weatherproof and UV-resistant. Aluminum is rust-resistant, timeless, and stylish.
Stainless Steel
Stainless steel, provided it's properly finished, has an exceptionally long lifespan. Although stainless steel garden furniture can be finished in any desired color, it's precisely the color and appearance of the material itself that appeals to many people. Good welding and post-treatment are essential, and you can count on that from 4Seasons. The steel is fully protected against rust by an impermeable oxide layer. Color-powder-coated stainless steel is virtually maintenance-free; however, any paint damage must be touched up.
Rope
This beautiful material is perfect for outdoor use because Taste Rope isn't just any shoelace. Taste uses very high-quality rope made from 100% SDP (Solution Dyed Polypropylene). This material is extremely strong and has very little stretch. Polypropylene is oil-based, making it virtually impermeable to dirt and contaminants, just like our cushions. Taste offers exclusive designs using hand-woven rope patterns and techniques.
Cushions
The durable fabric is rainproof, zip-out, and washable. Convenient, but be aware: the cushions are water-repellent. If you leave them out in the rain for a long time, they may still get wet inside.
Cushion Care
You don't need to chemically treat or care for our weather-resistant cushions. However, it is important to keep your garden cushions clean. Prevent rotting leaves from damaging the fabric and prevent nasty stains from bird droppings. We offer a warranty against weather influences; stains or wear and tear are excluded. Handle your patio furniture and cushions responsibly and use a protective cover and/or store your cushions when not in use for an extended period.
Cushion Use
Almost all cushion covers are removable and machine washable at 30 degrees Celsius without detergent. Over time, garden cushions may show signs of wear. The fillings may thin out, and the fabric may feel slightly different. These are normal consequences of intensive use of your garden. All furniture wears out with repeated use. Most cushion covers and fillings can be reordered. Please contact your dealer for more information. They will be happy to discuss the options.
